Pull Down Fireplace TV Mount

The Mount-It! Pull Down Fireplace TV Mount (MI-384L) is purpose-built for above-fireplace installations where the TV needs to come down to eye level for comfortable viewing. A gas spring arm with a cushioned, insulated handle lets you pull your TV down smoothly and hold it at any height within a 25.8″ adjustment range — then push it back up flush against the wall when not in use. The arm extends up to 22.4 inches from the wall, swivels 30 degrees left and right, tilts 10 degrees upward and 5 degrees downward, and includes a horizontal slide function for precise centering above the fireplace during installation. Sound bar mounting is supported. Designed for 65–85″ flat panel TVs weighing between 75 and 110 lbs — the gas spring requires a minimum TV weight of 75 lbs to lower correctly. VESA compatibility from 100×100 to 800×500 mm across 12 standard patterns.

Important: This mount is designed for TVs weighing 75–110 lbs. If your TV weighs less than 75 lbs, the arm may not fully lower under the TV’s weight. For lighter TVs, see the MI-384 model. Before installing, use a thermometer to verify the wall surface temperature above your fireplace does not exceed safe operating limits.
